As our Learning & Development Manager, you'll be a key member of our HR Organization & People Development team responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning and development programs. This role plays a critical role in enhancing the skills and knowledge, fostering professional growth and supporting the achievement of our strategic goals. About your future responsibilities:
- Learning and Development Strategy: Enhance and integrate existing concepts, programs and tools into a holistic learning and development strategy
- Leadership Development: Identify and nurture leadership potential within the organization through tailored leadership development programs
- Training Program Design: Create and deliver the roll-out of training programs, workshops, and concepts that address employee skill gaps and development needs together with the HRBPs
- Competency Management: Develop a competency frame for global & functional competencies and provide support to the business functions in establishing their respective competency model
- Learning Technology: Stay up-to-date with the latest learning technologies and tools, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance training efficiency and effectiveness
- Measurement and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of learning and development programs, analyze and provide regular reports to HR leadership
- Mentorship and Coaching: Develop and implement a global mentoring and coaching concept and provide guidance/coaching within the HR team in matters related to learning and development
- Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations and company policies
About your experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership/strategic role
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability and accountability
- Innovative, and agile thinking
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills
