Your Mission

• Support and achievement of objectives, strategies and roadmaps within the Team Scopes and Instruments considering KARL STORZs corporate strategies, culture, and values
• Collaboration with the other Technical & Aftersales Services leaders to ensure a close partnership with the different departments
• Coaching, mentoring of team, accompaniment of training and support of further advancement
• Planning and monitoring of budget and costs (incl. personnel) of department
• Participation in product and product-related services development with the focus on ensuring the serviceability of our products and services
• Preparation and Conduction of Service(s) launches, creation of Service Manuals and test plans
• Development, improvement, and delivery of technical customer service to KARL STORZ subsidiaries and distribution partners globally
• Management of phase-out and end-of-lif
• Creation and support of service trainings with sales partners, KS colleagues and end-customers
• 3rd Level Customer Technical Support

Your Talents

• Technical Education in the field of medical devices, electronics, mechanics, optic and/or IT OR business education
• Minimum of 3 years experience in technical position, such as Product Management or Service Development or in customer-facing positions, such as Service Sales Rep or Technician
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the Medical Device or related Industry
• Customer-oriented mindset, but also commercial and businesslike approach to technical and after sales services
• Ability to motivate and communicate with others at all levels
• Ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision
• English (fluent spoken and written)
