We are looking for a Global Brand Communication Manager in the area Consumer Tissue to support our team as soon as possible. In this role, you will be part of the Global Master Brand Team and responsible for a set of superior Brands including Zewa, Lotus, Regio and Familia, all unified by the same positioning, purpose and the aim to enable better acts of care for people and the planet.
This position is limited to 2 years as a parental leave cover.
Develop world-class BtoC communication (360 incl TV, Digital, BTL) and orchestrate all related activities to support creating outstanding brand experiences that keep our brands strong and healthy
Lead and manage creative and media agency partners.
Cooperate closely with our key regions (France, Germany, Colombia, Mexico, Finland, Hungary and many more) as well as global media, digital and innovation teams
Develop strategic comms and media recommendations for our brands, cooperate and deploy with our key markets
Analyze brand health, advertising and other metrics to understand effectiveness and recommend improvements
Analyze the roIe of different media approaches and share best practice across markets

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar with 5-8 years of experience in communications development in an FMCG category and/or advertising agency experience
Track record in B2C advertising development and communications planning (especially TV, OLV, Social)
Passion for understanding the consumer, customer and shopper. Putting their needs first.
Desire to lead and the ability to lead collaboratively cross functional & virtual teams in a matrix organisation
Excellent project management skills, bias for action, self-starter, able to manage several projects in parallel with tight timelines, not afraid to challenge the status quo
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills - fluent in English, any other language is a plus
