Job Description

The Strategy and Business Support unit (MRX) oversees a range of cross-functional activities within the Market Operation and Risk unit (MR), including strategy formulation, performance management and control, improvement projects, and initiatives. MRX also holds responsibility for the overall process framework. Collaborating closely with the Senior Vice President (SVP), the department aims to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of MR operations. As a Project Controller, you will:

• Align, create and maintain project cost estimates and business case in close collaboration with our experienced project managers
• Create, follow up and continuously ensure excellent data quality for monthly reports in SAP Analytics Cloud
• Single point of contact and sparring partner for project managers for reporting and performance management related questions and issues
• Close collaboration with the Controlling department with regards to overall cost management methodology and cost structures as well as with IT controllers for IT projects
• Analyse the portfolio regarding contingency and suggest improvements

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, project management, finance, IT or similar
• 2-3 years of working experience in controlling or projects
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience with SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud or other Business Intelligence Tools is preferred
• Ambition to digitize and automate processes and systems in project controlling and beyond
• Affinity to working x-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience from energy and or trading industry is an advantage
• Strong coordination and collaboration skills
• Fluency in written and oral English
