We are searching for a working student who supports our Administration team (A-team) in their daily work. Our A-team is the spider in the web for DHL Consulting and covers various topics that keep our head office in Bonn running. DHL Consulting's head office in Bonn is home to more than 100 colleagues from 30 different countries.

As a working student, you will support our event management and office-related activities. You are one of the first points of contact in the office, taking over various organizational and administrative office tasks and organizing small events and full-day meetings. The working student position is for 10-20 hours/week for a duration of at least 6 months. You can flexibly set up your working arrangements depending on your availability and study program.

We currently aim for December 1 as your starting date - but we are flexibleon that.

You offer:

You are enrolled as a student, preferably in a business or event management-related program
You live somewhere in the region of Cologne/Bonn, Germany
You write and speak confidently in German and English
You have experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
You are a self-driven personality with excellent organizational skills
You love to work in a team and can flexibly adapt to new challenges
