About the roleReporting directly to the HR Operations Manager, you answer queries from employees and managers in our shops related to personal administration, payroll, benefits, labor cost and headcount. You ensure that the implementation of Amplifon policies, procedures and guidelines are in line with current employment law in Germany. You are the owner of data integrity in Oracle HR and all the related projects.Your main missions:
- Support employees throughout the HR lifecycle.
- Responsible for payroll accuracy of your population.
- Control and optimization of absenteeism.
- Update internal databases and ensure data accuracy at all times.
- Continuously improve HR processes, propose, and implement data/reporting services that respond to expectations aligned with Amplifon.
- Produce and maintain process descriptions, HR tools and job aids, templates etc.
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
Your profile - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR administration / payroll administration.
- Good knowledge of German labor law.
- Fluent German skills and professional English skills are mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related topics (Personalkaufmann/frau)
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience of Oracle HCM would be appreciated.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Agility and flexibility.
- Teamwork mentality.
- Strong customer focus.
- Ideally you have a first experience in Retail or other fast-paced industries.
