Responsibilities
- Leading 2 FTE within responsible categories (Marketing, Fleet, Human Resources, Professional Services & Workplace)
- Development and implementation local, regional and global sourcing strategies for the categories
- Analyze and monitor international sourcing markets, evaluate and communicate market-specifics
- Single point of contact for regional teams and stakeholders related to the categories
- Conduct and monitor RFP/Q for big spend projects
- Supplier / Vendor management, -negotiation, -consolidation, -analyze, -quality audits
- Optimize processes via digitalization in cooperation with Sourcing Excellence
- Participate actively in other cross-functional teams and global projects
Requirements
- Professional experience in sourcing indirect materials & services
- Academic degree in Business Administration or comparable degree
- Successful track record of cost saving delivery
- Team player with strong negotiation skills, determination and persuasive personality as well as distinct analytical competencies
- Strong global mindset, holistic and big thinking attitude
- Excellent communication skills in English additional languages are highly welcome
- Experience in SAP R/3 (MM module), MS Office and Ariba; experience in S/4 Hana is a plus
