As an AI Product Manager, you will be a pivotal force in driving the strategic direction and development of our Generative AI products. This role demands a unique blend of technical understanding, market insight, and a passion for innovation. You will be orchestrating the development of cutting-edge AI solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients.
What Are Your Responsibilities?
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and consulting teams to develop and deliver innovative products.
- Define product roadmaps, setting short-term and long-term product goals.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure successful product launch and adoption.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on market and client feedback.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in tech companies, with a track record of successful AI-based products.
- Strong foundation in AI and Machine Learning: Knowledge of generative models such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and Transformer models. Understanding of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Data Science Proficiency: Ability to understand and work with large datasets, including data preprocessing, analysis, and visualization techniques. Familiarity with statistical analysis and experimental design.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Customer-centric approach with a talent for identifying user needs and market opportunities.
- BONUS: Fluency in German and willingness to relocate to Cologne or Stuttgart are considered a plus.
