WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for engaging and diverse students that are willing to join our team for a 6-month internship starting April 1st 2023, at our Nike Berlin Office. Our ideal candidate will possess great communication skills, show willingness to learn and is not afraid of challenges. Our internships allow students to be fully immersed in meaningful work that impacts the future of the business. To be successful in the role our interns must be self-starters who are willing to drive innovation to win as a team.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Dive into the exciting and inspirational world of sports, we are looking for a Sports Marketing Brand experience- Sports Performance Mens &WMNS Intern (m/f/d) who will become a member of our Sports Marketing Team EMEA in Berlin.

THE TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Support the overall Brand Experience strategy for the gender/dimension in the key city Berlin/ Germany
• Create a structure to Provide Athlete Insights that enable shaping of the portfolio through the Brand lens of Icon, Defining, Lead and Core Athletes
• Overlook and design the athlete menu and profiles, enabling a seamless experience for our key partners
• Development of databases, presentations and other tools, supporting the Sports Marketing managers in Germany and Central Markets
• Manage inventory of performance product, ensuring timely delivery to NIKE athletes.
• Order management and data maintenance via SAP, advising professional athletes and talents
• Support the Product Integration Athlete Journey
• Create a digital newsletter for Sports Marketing Brand Experience
• Create campaign recaps for NIKE athletes
• Inventory management
• Cross-functional assistance in campaigns and seedings
• Planning, implementation and follow-up of specific, individual projects as well as data research and maintenance round off your ill your assignment profile

WHAT YOU BRING

• Ideally, you are a student of business administration, marketing, sports, or a related field of study (min. 3rd semester), or you are between bachelor's and master's degrees
• You love being challenged by new projects, and you a great team player
• First practical experience through previous internships, student jobs, or similar are an advantage
• You are fluent in English and excellent German skills
• You have a strong affinity and passion for the areas of sports and social media
• You are competent in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• You are both reliable and able to work independently and use initiative
• A global mindset and ideally a passion for sport.

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST

• You are currently a student of a degree course (min. 3rd semester), or you are between Bachelor and Master's degree at a German University.
• Be available for a 6-month fulltime internship starting April 1st, 2022
