We are looking for a Shift manager bicycle production (m/f/d) to join our team.

What we need:

• Shift management of approx. 120 employees in 2-shift operation in bicycle frame pre-assembly
• Induction Responsible for work preparation and planning
• Training of the production staff
• Implementation of the specifications taking into account quality, adherence to delivery dates and productivity

Who you are:

• Completed technical vocational training or comparable qualification
• High affinity to the product bicycle
• A high degree of initiative, social competence and organizational skills
• Distinct assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking
• Good leadership and communication skills
• You find it easy to work with the usual MS Office programs
• Flexible commitment and loyalty complete your profile
