In your Internship People & Culture (human) your main tasks will be:

• You support our People & Culture Team in various parts of its day-to-day business.

• You gain insights in the whole employee lifecycle from recruiting over onboarding to the development of our colleagues.

• You support in administrative tasks e.g. contract changes, preparation of employment certificates, updating personnel data in our HR system (Personio) etc.

• You help in daily duties that contribute to keeping our office a place of well-being.

• In addition, you have the opportunity to actively participate in other upcoming People & Culture topics / projects.

THIS IS YOU

If you are passionate about sustainability and highly motivated to help create a better, cleaner world, then we already like you a lot.
If you also have a very proactive and hands-on approach to work, enjoy collaborating with other people and have an all-around positive mindset towards challenges, then we kind of have a crush on you.

If you additionally have the following skills and experience, then we really think this could be the beginning of a great love story.

• 
  You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a comparable course of study.

• As an enrolled student you are required to complete a mandatory internship (ideally of at least 5 months).

• You have already gained first practical experience in Human Resources in a previous internship.

• You love being in contact with people, communicating, and enjoy learning new things.

• You are an organizational talent and able to stay on top of things, even in critical phases.

• You enjoy structured and administrative work and have an eye for detail.

• You have a very good command of written and spoken German (C2) and English (B2).
