You are the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers. Whether by phone, Discord, email or ticket from our website. Thanks to your gaming experience, you understand the issues better than many others and can therefore provide a quick response. In addition to questions about renting servers, you will also carry out an initial analysis in the event of malfunctions, look at the server configs and log files and thus often solve the problems. Of course, your team members will be on hand to help and advise you and introduce you to our server and product world. And if you get stuck, there are teams of experts in the background who will take care of it.

As we offer our customers 24/7 support, we work in shifts and also at weekends. However, you will receive your schedule for the whole year and can plan accordingly, make requests in advance or swap with your team members. And you can do all of this 100% from home.

Your personality, paired with:
