Internship in the area of Flexible Personnel starting January 2024 in Bremen bei Mercedes Benz AG

At the Mercedes-Benz plant in Bremen, we build a wide range of fascinating products that put all the know-how of Mercedes-Benz into absolutely convincing form. This is where the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, E-Class, AMG SL and AMG GT automobiles roll off the production line - more than 300,000 times a year. We have the skills and commitment of more than 11,000 employees here at the Bremen site to thank for that.

The Manpower Planning and Control Flexible Personnel Bremen team is responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling direct labor at the Bremen site. The focus of our team is on the procurement of flexible workers (vacation workers and temporary workers). Another focus lies in advising and supporting the management with regard to an optimal operation of the plant.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Procurement and management of flexible workers
• Collaborating on hiring days at the Bremen site, e.g. for vacation workers and employees from temporary employment agencies
• Contributing to the topic of flexible personnel for departments and service providers
• Working with internal and external data from various data sources with subsequent creation of reports, analyses and preparation of specific key figures
• Conceptual collaboration in day-to-day business and projects

• Course of study in the field of economics or comparable
• Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and strategic way of working

Additional information:

The assignment period is 6 months.
