We are currently seeking a Sales Administration Specialist (f/m/d) for Germany and Netherlands who will be responsible for supporting and managing all sales operations activities including tender and contracts management, new account activations, supporting sales quoting and ad hoc project support as needed in compliance with local regulation, internal policies, quality procedures.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in which you can work part-time at the Company location identified above and part-time remotely from your home.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Ensures the compilation of information and documents and the accurate and timely response to public and private tenders
Creates contract templates and actual customer contracts based on sales input and enters this information into our Oracle® data system
Responds to customer/employee inquiries regarding contract details and provides our customers with standardized offers for consumables
Manages and coordinates product demos in collaboration with the local sales, service and applications teams.
Participates in the creation of various marketing-related contracts (e.g. sponsorship, speaker and reference customer contracts)
Supports local sales and field marketing teams in planning and executing marketing and sponsorship events.
Organizes product training and demos and manages certificates of attendance as required
The required qualifications for the job include:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or relevant, comparable training / apprenticeship.
At least 3 years of practical experience, ideally in a sales/service organization with customer contact
Language skills: German, good English knowledge (Dutch would be a nice to have)
Good knowledge of CRM and database-based systems
Personality: strong communication skills, detail oriented, customer focused, good organizational skills
