You’ll join more than 6,000 CARIDIANS already working on the latest vehicle features and functions like automated driving, state-of-the-art charging technology, as well as a new digital ecosystem. YOUR TEAM

Today a car is defined by the digital services in and around the vehicle. We are developing and managing all prerequisites for an outstanding customer experience to enable all Volkswagen Group brands to offer outstanding mobility services – from eCommerce solutions, frontend & backend development to customer experience management and analytics. In general, we are looking for interns and students for various projects of the management team of our department „Digital Business & Mobility Services”.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support the management team with special focus on product and organisational development
• Support in preparing and structuring operational and strategic initiatives via relevant data and analyses
• Support the product management roles of the products, e.g. Product Owners
• Communicate with internal and external partners
• Create documentation and presentations
• Support in more technical development tasks for dedicated products / services (depending on personal preferences and skills)

WHO YOU ARE

• Good to very good academic performance
• Enrolled student in economics, communication studies, business informatics or similar programs
• First understanding of agile software development methods, in particular Scrum or SAFe (you base all your actions on agile values and principles)
• Strong analytical understanding, ability to work in a team, above-average commitment and flexibility, structured and independent work
• Good English and German skills
