The Technical Project Manager Collaboration plans, schedules, manages and tracks collaboration platform implementation IT projects, teams and allocates resources (e.g. project plans, schedules, deliverables, budget). It is essential to be structured with excellent communications skills and a great communicator (internal and with external partners). A high understanding of technologies and architectures of collaboration tools and solutions, such as SharePoint etc., is required to proper manage these IT projects. This technical project manager Collaboration is responsible in the area of collaboration tools, platforms and solutions.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end collaboration platform implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and budget control and according to PM methodologies (PMI & Prince2).
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including work breakdown structures, project schedules, and risk management plans.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, developers, and external vendors, to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.
• Monitor project progress and compliance with relevant policies, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and within scope and test and certify adequacy and effectiveness of policies on a regular basis.

Show your expertise

• Relevant degree such as Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Education, Technical, MBA, Information Systems, Management, Project Management, Business / Administration or comparable experience
• Proficiency in using project management tools and techniques (e.g. MS Project)
• Ability to lead a project team of varying sizes
• Capable of managing 1-3 direct reports
• Demonstrable leadership and managerial skills, the ability to establish and maintain relationships with leadership team
• Strong knowledge of collaboration tools, such as Microsoft SharePoint and other collaboration solutions.
• Experience with managing project financials the commercial and contractual aspects of projects
• 3+ years experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders
• 3+ years experience in providing a successful track record in delivery of projects and/or services involving multi-disciplinary teams
• 2+ years experience in understanding and experience of commercial management
• 3+ years experience in a well-developed approach to problem solving and decision making
• 3+ years experience in Global Integrated Delivery, managing on and off shore teams
• 3+ years experience in Specific accountability for budget or profitability
• Licenses or certifications required by the position: PMP, SAP, PMI, PM, ITIL, ACP, CSM, TQM, FAA, EASA, Prince2
• Strategic and operational issues of the project management business unit
• Knowledge and understanding of IT Architecture (Microsoft tools, Azure services etc.)
• Knowledge in following applications is an advantage: CiscoTelefonie, Emplifi, Atlassian, Nintex, oneNET, Papirfly, ProvisionPoint, Aquaforest, System Center Service Manager, Tencent Tim, PimCore
• Fluent English skills required
