In the Delivery Unit TB our vision is to ensure delivery in time, budget, scope and quality for the E3 1.2 by providing the E2E responsibility across all systems. Your team is responsible for the technical steering of all development activities of the upcoming E³ 1.2 releases for the premium platform-based cars of Audi, Porsche and Bentley.
- Be the key responsible person for defect management overarching all systems in collaboration with our brands
- Work closely with and coordinate the defect managers of all parts of the E³ 1.2 including drivetrain, energy, infotainment, body electronics, connect and driver assistance
- Keep track of the defect ticket development, define and track appropriate KPIs to deliver releases in quality
- Prepare reports on error development, present them in respective committees and escalate rational gaps
- Define and steer measures to ensure a proper ramp up and fixing of errors tickets matching the release schedules
- Create transparency regarding top blocker and risks
- Support in process optimization and configuration of development tools
- Successfully completed university studies in the field of computer engineering, computer sciences, electrical engineering, information technology or comparable disciplines
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry with a strong background in software development, its verification or automotive electronic
- A strong coordinator, able to work within a matrix organization and be capable to communicate / cooperate with different decision makers
- A proactive problem-solving approach with a demonstrated ability to maintain focus, prioritize workloads, and deliver quality
- Good communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken German and English
