As part of our Corporate Functions Team, you will work with all 4.screen business units and focus on our internal operational activities that are necessary in order to foster our targeted growth. Therefore, you manage the entire company's finances, build the basis for financially smooth operations and also prepare strategic decisions for 4.screens future.
- Manage & improve our accounts payable and receivable: You will take care of the billing to customers and crediting to suppliers by not only using tools such as our brand-new ERP system but also interacting closely with our partners. Always find ways to improve the existing accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Be our Controlling Expert: You are in charge of setting up the controlling system at 4.screen (define key questions and set up the technical controlling infrastructure) and will manage the ongoing controlling at 4.screen.
- Take the lead in Taxation and Accounting: You will prepare financial statements and tax records together with our tax office.
- Managing company-wide Expenses: You will manage all employee-initiated expenses including for example travel expenses as well as 4.screen’s purchases and invoices etc.
- Take part in our transition from a Start-Up to a Scale-Up with changing challenges: You will support dynamic topics like investing round processes or setting up a state-of-the-art technical financial infrastructure.
- Acquire subsidy programs: You will scan the subsidy and event landscape and manage application projects.
- Manage financial infrastructure: You will engage with our service providers, be it banks, accounting system providers, or international financial service providers.
- Business administration degree (Master’s degree) with a focus on finance, economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in managing journal entries, accounts receivable and payable, controlling, expenses, and financial infrastructure in the German company is required.
- Ideally, experience working in a start-up and share a passion for finance and tech start-ups
- Native German and Fluent English speaking skills are required for this role
- Confident communicator with different levels of stakeholders
