YOUR ROLE

• You will assist with cost accounting, document management and data maintenance (ultimately independently, after training).
• You will be involved in the planning of events and business trips.
• You will be responsible for our modern office atmosphere.
• You will be responsible for selected back office areas and internal projects (interface position).
• You will support us with incoming mail and goods and in ordering and research.
• You will communicate internally and externally, in German and English and ideally, also in Spanish.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are completing your bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, communication or a comparable course of study.
• You like to work independently.
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• You communicate very well in German, English - both verbally and in writing, ideally you are also fluent in Spanish.
• You are well organized, dedicated and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• You have a hands-on mentality.
• You are a motivated and committed team player.
• Enthusiasm, humor and social skills complete your profile.
