Highsnobiety is seeking a Commerce Intern to support our Highsnobiety Commerce Team in Berlin for 3 to 6 months.

Your Mission:

• Support the commerce team on key projects and initiatives and get insights into a wide array of e-commerce topics:
• Own parts of the supply chain: inbound transportation, product data, customer fulfilment and managing our third-party warehouse. Improve and set up processes across teams to improve current operations.
• Improve and setup processes across teams (production, activation, B2B) and drive process documentation
• Support our operations team when it comes to inventory management and fulfilment as well as the management of our online shop

Your Skills:

• You can efficiently and autonomously handle day-to-day team administrative & organisational tasks
• You are solutions-oriented and pragmatic and love to work on many different projects simultaneously, while still having a close eye on the details
• You are fluent in English and have excellent written and oral communication skills
• You have practical experience and have already done first internships in business development, marketing, operations in the ecommerce space
• You are a self-starter, keen to learn and develop at pace with an analytical mindset
• You have worked with Excel before
