A vacancy for an HR Working Student (m/f/d) in the Advanced Air Mobility team has arisen in Munich .

Your Role

You will be part of the HR Team within the independent entity Airbus Urban Mobility GmbH (AUM).

During your placement you will take care of the following main activities:

• Development and implement new HR initiatives

• Support the onboarding management

• Coordinate HR communication channels

• Help optimizing employee life cycle processes

• Support the HR team in retaining an “One Team” approach with a growth environment

• Review employee data and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

• Create reports, statistics, PowerPoints for management and team meetings

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Enrolled as a full-time student – Bachelor’s or Master’s programs in Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent

• First practical experience in HR

• Structured way of working organized and timeline-minded

• Curious, creative, and proactive: Ability to fit in a fast moving, flexible environment

• Fluent in English and German
