In order to further expand our growth, we are now looking for an experienced and dynamic Medical Manager for the Urology/Gynecology division.

We are looking for you as

Manager Medical (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Expansion and maintenance of the external network of physicians, medical experts and medical stakeholders
• Cooperation with scientific societies
• Participation in international, national and regional congresses and symposia
• Development and realization of medical strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing and regulatory affairs
• Creation of concepts for clinical studies
• Preparation of medical documents for marketing and regulatory purposes (medical writing)
• Medical-pharmaceutical evaluations of established and new therapeutic approaches
• Approval of the content of scientific materials
• Realization of medical education activities

What you bring with you:

• University degree preferably in medicine or pharmacy, alternatively in natural sciences, and a high level of medical-scientific competence
• M.D. or PhD preferred
• Professional experience in medical affairs and/or clinical research in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in the field of urology and/or gynecology advantageous
• Confident and professional demeanor in contact with external opinion leaders and experts in the indication environment
• Ability to familiarize yourself quickly and independently with new situations and issues
• Ability to agile working in a matrix organization
• Ability to think strategically and implement medical strategies
• Analytical and conceptual thinking and acting as well as solution-oriented competence
• Communication and cooperation skills
• Very good knowledge of English and German
• Willingness to travel
