Yourtasks

• Processing of returns requests from end customers

• Coordinating the flow of information regarding returns and complaints between departments such as warehouse, customer service, purchasing, transport management and sales to resolve complaints and returns enquiries

• Support for complaints enquiries from our sales subsidiaries

• Efficient information management with all stakeholders involved

• Coordinate the returns and complaint flow between departments like Warehouse, Customer Support, SCM, Freight and Sales

• Managing Information efficiently within all involved stakeholders

• Handle customer inquiries by closing the inner and outer loop

• Committed to identifying the root causes of complaints and returns and actively participating in long-term improvement initiatives

• You manage the knowledge base of the team to ensure the knowledge transfer to peers.

Yourqualifications

• You have a completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification

• You have several years of professional experience in the field of Customer Service and Complaint handling, Logistics is a plus.

• Knowledge of Salesforce is desirable

• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English, another language is a plus

• Your SAP user knowledge (SD, MM, QM) is a great advantage

• You have knowledge in the preparation of customs invoices

• You enjoy working your way through complex topics and are outstandingly good at managing them

• A proactive, independent and solution-oriented way of working rounds off your profile
