Within our Data, Digital & Technology (DDT) department, we are looking for a
Data & Insights Analyst (m/f/d)
in full time at the location Berlin.
Our Data & Insights (D&I) Analyst (m/f/d) operationalizes LOC data strategic roadmap by ensuring right methods, platforms and governance are in place to support business needs.
Your tasks in detail:
- Owns, develops, and enhances the standardized PowerBI dashboard and dashboard governance; ensure right insights are accessible by the right person locally.
- Owns and enhance our local data Mart (EDB enterprise data backbone)
- Supports the local DDT D&I Lead by providing insights on technical feasibility and requirements of new EUCAN implementation and integration of projects.
- Creates synergies by standardizing data structures, harmonizing processes & systems and re-utilizing assets in LOC and in alignment with EUCAN directives.
- Turns ambiguous problem and complex analyses into clear and concise stories to support effective decisions making, campaigns and investment optimization, and business case development.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge and emerging trends in analytics techniques.
- Challenges the status quo and explores new data assets and experiment with innovative analytics to ensure Takeda maintaining competitive advantage.
- Drives operational local implementation of regional and global analytics workstreams/ initiatives.
- Collaborates with Data & Insights and OCE team to embed data-driven mindset and approaches across the business (commercial and medical)
- Owns data steward tasks such as Lead generation process, data quality and data mapping.
Your profile:
- A bachelor’s / master’s degree preferred or a comparable educational background or equivalent.
- Min. 5 years of business experience in the pharmaceutical industry with strong track record analytics responsibilities, possibly including but not limited to commercial and market analytics, next best action, data science initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Python and statistical methodology.
- Strong knowledge of IQVIA data, Salesforce/Veeva CRM data, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Matomo, and Brightcove data are strong assets.
- Very good knowledge of English and German
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – structured and process-oriented thinker, with great attention to detail and technology proficiency.
- Ability to work with large amount of data: data migration, data preparation for import/ ex-port, generating datasets.
- Ability to explore, interpret and challenge data from various sources, to transform user stories and requirements into user-friendly functionalities.
- Comfortable navigating problem solving in ambiguity and bringing clarity.
- Proficiency in influencing without authority and form strong partnership with internal stakeholders to generate mutual value.
- Ability to stay flexible and deal with change and uncertainty effectively.
- Can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset with strong ability to identify areas or improvement.
- Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize, and manage stakeholder expectation.
