How to contribute to our vision
- Frequently follow up on maintaining, updating and improving TE overarching administrative processes, standards and tools.
- Support the TE team in day-to-day administrative topics and ad hoc tasks as well as supporting the wider Engineering Team.
- Support in coordinating and preparing travel arrangements and you will also support the TE team members in resolving issues regarding planning and booking
- Support administrative tasks derived from the day-to-day work in the department and support the TE team with employee on- and off-boarding, introductions etc.
- Create and execute purchase orders, including IT equipment and handle the invoicing workflows.
- Assist TE team colleagues with travel cost reimbursements in case of questions; check travel expense with focus on cost saving.
- Be in contact with customers, employees, external partners, management and other internal and external stakeholders.
What you need to make a difference
- Enrolled as a Bachelor- or Master student; please attach your enrollment certificate as well.
- Initial experience as a student trainee or intern would be desirable.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office and ideally experience with SAP, Concur.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both orally and in writing.
- Initiative - Creativity - Ability to learn - Organizational understanding and quality orientation - strong Communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a multi-cultural environment.
