Your responsibilities

Work closely with and support the LNG Trading and Origination team to support on physical ammonia positions (and future financial and risk management), both asset backed and prop, with a focus on different geographical market areas
Assist in the development of trading strategies and techniques whilst continuously improving
Work closely with the analytics team evaluating/managing risk through derivative hedging strategies if applicable
Ensure that traded volumes are in line with Limit Risks and a profitable outcome for the company
Provide support to the LNG Trading/Logistics on deal capturing, contractual paper work on all related ammonia businesses
Ensure an understanding and adherence to Uniper Risk, Compliance policies and standards relevant to the role, and to the Code of Conduct

Your profile

A degree in economics, chemistry, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
Ideally five or more years of experience in the commodity markets
Good knowledge of utilizing risk management/hedging strategies
Proficient in risk analysis techniques and economic analysis
Remain up to date on the current, relevant commodity markets
An understanding of the supply & demand fundamentals of ammonia markets
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
