Your Role

Regional technical Support for XRM Systems
Hotline Support
Remote controlled diagnostic
On-site Support
Failure analysis of complex problems
Technical coordination of FSEs
Coordination with factory support and R&D
Service-Training for FSEs and customers
Technical order control
Refurbishment of used equipment
Support Service-Documentation group
Build up and maintain knowledge database
Support at exhibitions and trade shows
Develop FSE Service Information
Project work during the PSGP according to the process
Mentoring for FSEs

Your Profile

Master degree in engineering / Physics
Several years of job experience in a similar field
Knowledge in sample preparation and application
Knowledge in electron optics and vacuum technology are preferable
Excellent English skills spoken and written
Travelling world wide about 50%
Ability to work under pressure
Target-oriented and autonomous method of operation
Excellent analytical way of thinking
Excellent PC knowledge
Excellent Electronic knowledge
Team-minded
Sense of urgency
