Programme Execution

We are delivering into the Bank’s transformation agenda through change portfolios – i.e. project portfolios for different themes. Audit Remediation portfolio is searching for a strong support to this journey in delivering against the Bank’s Audit & Regulatory IT Remediation projects in order to further drive an aligned echo system for the bank to meet the requirements of a regulated financial environment and its IT.

As a Programme Manager (f/m/x) you will be project managing a set of global IT projects with Audit remediation and/ or regulatory at the same time in support of reducing the risk profile for the bank’s IT and align to internal Audit & Regulatory standards.

Your key responsibilities

• Own, lead and deliver global IT projects & programmes with Audit and/ or regulatory focus at the same time

• Work with and influence stakeholders from different Risk functions such as Audit & Regulatory Management to enhance, enable and unblock project delivery

• Ensure compliance of the Program to our Bank’s Control Governance Framework including reporting, tracking, Risk Management, Financial Management and Change Management associated with the program.

• Potential additional line management responsibilities as the team expands further

Your skills and experiences

• Extensive experience of delivering complex Infrastructure / Technology centric programs of work within a large enterprise including non-functional risk requirements

• Experience delivering projects within a structured Governance Framework and exposure to a highly regulated environment.

• Experience of delivering both Agile and Waterfall projects.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills both written and verbal with management and risk functions
