Your tasks

PTV Logistics is seeking a working student supporting its financial, planning & analysis department. This role will involve assisting the team with tasks aimed at enhancing current operating metrics and ensuring data accuracy.

To excel in this role, you must possess a keen eye for detail, robust analytical skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning. In return, you’ll have the chance to contribute to a rapidly expanding SaaS company. You’ll be encouraged to dive in, take on new challenges as they arise, and play a hands-on role in our growth journey.

As a working student, you will be supported by a business analyst FP&A and have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the FP&A and finance leadership team. The role will be part-time (max. 20 hours per week) based at our Karlsruhe headquarters office offering flexibility with a hybrid model that includes both on-site and remote working options.

Contribute to preparing monthly operating metrics to track performance.
Support in developing and implementing processes to establish value-added metrics.
Support the integration of new systems to enhance transparency across operations.
Assist in preparing presentations for company managers and investors.

Your profile

Pursuing a degree in a business focused field such as finance, international business (management), business economics, or related disciplines, with fundamental knowledge of finance and accounting
Readiness to roll up your sleeves, work with lots of data, and create complex financial models (in Excel, Qliksense, Alteryx, Python).
A sound analytical foundation and the capacity to use data-driven creativity to solve problems.
Must have strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
English language skills required, German nice to have.
