The right to live and work in Germany as well as the ability to communicate in German is a requirement for this role.

What you’ll do:

• Be accountable in all required activities, ensuring these are fulfilled in a set and timely manner. This includes (but is not limited to) LPM, Audits, Station Emergency Response Procedures, and BCP's.
• Delivery of agreed targets and goals in addition to the control of expenditure.
• Lead the operational delivery performance of all suppliers at the airport/airports (cluster).
• Act as Local Emergency Coordinator (LEC).
• Represent British Airways interests at the airport; AOC, Monthly Airport Authority Account Meetings, etc.
• Ensure that all airport activities are undertaken in compliance with BA’s corporate security and safety instructions, local security standards.
• Maintaining effective links with relevant Head Office departments and service partners for day-to-day operational issues.
• Ensure that the quality of services delivered is in line with service level and contractual agreements. Obtain the highest level of performance and motivation through successful communication and influencing skills
• Ensure all local resources are utilised in such a manner that customer satisfaction and revenue are maximized, and efficiency is increased within given constraints.
