In our Head offices in Düsseldorf, we develop new trends whilst focusing on sustainability along the value chain of our products. We are looking for an Intern (Fulltime for 6 months) in the Sourcing team to support us on important tasks like aligning our end-to-end calendar and sourcing strategy to meet our milestones or contributing to achieve our sourcing footprints on KPI`s
- Assist in developing and nurturing strategic relationships with suppliers
- Support the management of supplier capacities and production units to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in negotiations to secure favorable costs and terms
- Address production-related inquiries and assist in resolving issues
- Contribute to identifying and evaluating new potential suppliers, while gathering insights on market and competitor activities to drive innovation and sustainability
- First insights (through studies/first jobs) in Sourcing, Product Development, or a related role within the fashion industry is a plus
- Ideally initial exposure to local sourcing markets, and an interest in understanding sourcing dynamics and trends
- Desire to expand your knowledge in garment construction, costing, fabrics, and Denim/Non-Denim garment
- Interest and potential to learn in managing supplier relationships, including exposure to negotiations
