Accounts Payable Accountant with Spanish in Berlin bei KWS Group

For our Global Transaction Center (GTC) at KWS Berlin GmbH, we are seeking for the next possible date an Accounts Payables Accountant (m/w/d) with Spanish language for Argentinian market. This job will be unlimited and in full-time.

About KWS

Your tasks:

• You ensure the delivery of transactional accounts payable services & take charge of processing the received incoming documents and initiate payments of invoices, expenses and dunning letters.
• Moreover, you perform the reconciliation of vendor statements and solve upcoming discrepancies and process high-volume purchase invoices and credit notes including the general ledger coding.
• You reconcile credit card and corporate travel accounts as well as manage vendor payments to ensure we honor payment terms.
• In addition, you ensure all queries are resolved, analyze and validate routine expenditure, including expenses.
• You will also work with other finance teams to streamline processes and procedures.
• You have good communication skills & a team spirit.
• You are flexible when prioritizing work & multi-tasking.
• Understanding of general ledger, including coding AP invoices, fixed assets and inter-company recharges

Your profile:

• You have a completed apprenticeship or an academic degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance/equivalent.
• Moreover, you have first experience in the field of Finance – especially in Accounting.
• Experience in working in an international Shared Service organization is an advantage.
• You can meet tight deadlines and manage high volume transactions with high customer orientation & extraordinary service attitude.
• You are fluent in English and Spanish.German would be a plus.
