You will be an integrative part of our dedicated in-house media team that will deliver outstanding media plans, engage, and delight consumers with our iconic brands, and drive business results together with our brand managers.
Lead and manage our digital media campaigns end-to end to deliver against brand awareness and performance objectives.
Drive insights and develop digital media strategies as part of overall digital planning to effectively reach the identified target audience and deliver strong media outcomes.
Coordinate the setup, launch, trafficking and optimizing of campaigns in the media buying platforms. All while ensuring that these processes are in line with P&G brand safety and ad fraud guidance and compliant to consumer privacy regulations.
Work in close collaboration with Integrated Planner to recommend digital strategies and platforms that best deliver on marketing objectives.
Build and manage relationships with external media vendors and tech partners as well as P&G brand and insights team to analyze and handle day-to-day campaign performance optimizations, pacing, and reporting of campaigns, as well as forecasting media spends and delivery against key measures.
Present innovative ideas about campaigns’ strategies and effective ways to reach the target audience, accelerating business performance, and stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and in touch with industry trends.
Job Qualifications
Must-Have: Experience with digital media campaigns’ management (set up, optimization & reporting) across programmatic, social, search, and eCommerce environments and Business Managers
Experience in delivering full funnel campaigns with targets optimizing towards both brand and performance goals.
You have completed a university degree or apprenticeship with respective work experience in Digital Media
Experience managing and working with multiple partners and campaigns.
Attention to detail, entrepreneurial and growth mindset, analytical, innovative.
You communicate fluently in English. German skills are a plus.
Preferable: Experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods’ companies is highly appreciated.
Software, equipment and tools
Must-Have: Microsoft Office Package (in particular, excellent Excel skills).
Experience with Programmatic Buying Platforms such as DV360 or The Trade Desk, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and other digital buying platforms
Preferable: Experience with Adserving & Audit Tools’ management (Flash talking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR) is a plus.
