Senior Content Writer in Bayern bei Digidarts

We are seeking an experienced creative copywriter to join our team & drive content development for our key accounts. The ideal copywriter is a creative thinker with excellent writing and research skills. As a member of the creative team, our copywriter will write and edit copy for a variety of properties (including Ads, Websites, Social Media, & Newsletters ), working closely with the accounts and design teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging. Thorough research and interviews will be required to understand each client's industry, products/services, branding, and marketing goals. The most successful copywriter will be a quick learner with a versatile writing style.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Creative Brainstorming & Content Development:
  • Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands.
  • Research and understand the client's needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings.
  • Write original copy and edit content for a range of marketing and communications materials.
  • Collaborate with a team of account managers and creative staff from concept development to delivery of the final product.
  • Present copy concepts and final deliverables to the internal team, and to client representatives as needed, and participate in client pitches on occasion.
  • Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction.
  • Coordinate with the graphic designing team to get the best of the creatives you develop together.
• Team Management & Training :
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfil them.
  • Recruit graphic designers and copywriters, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of professional copywriting experience with a solid portfolio of work.
• Exceptional writing and research skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
