• Supervision of the reception area and first point of contact for employees and visitors as well as the telephone exchange
• Processing of mail (incoming and outgoing) and courier services
• Audit and cash management
• Entry and processing of incoming invoices
• Ordering and management of consumables and office supplies and travel bookings
• Independent communication/coordination with external service providers (such as cleaning, customer service for copiers, printers or coffee machines)
• Reliable monitoring of appointments
• Preparation and follow-up of the meeting rooms for internal and external events
• Monitoring of compliance with office regulations (common areas, kitchen, etc.) as well as completion of usual administrative tasks

• Experience at reception and administrative tasks
• Experienced handling of MS Office, especially Outlook
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German, good knowledge of English
• Very good organizational and team skills
• High degree of flexibility and social competence
