Our full-time Service Customer Advisors in Berlin Schönefeld are characterised not only by their technical expertise, but also by their strong communication skills and customer orientation on the phone. As a Service Customer Advisor you act as an important interface between our Tesla customers and the workshop. Your role will be to provide first-class advice and deliver accurate and memorable service to our customers over the phone.

• Customer service: You will assess customer needs and work creatively and proactively to resolve technical and general support queries. You educate vehicle owners about their vehicles and support them in solving problems that occur during use (troubleshooting)
• Technical problem solving: You have a comprehensive knowledge of how to deal with difficult situations and how to provide the best and most relevant service to customers, including order creation
• Coordination & initiative: You coordinate quickly and accurately with various stakeholders to determine the best course of action for all support activities and ensure a smooth flow of information. You use direct online communication as well as our internal ticketing systems
• Communication: You assess customer needs or requests and ensure they are de-escalated in a timely and efficient manner. You work with different local service advisors and are able to quickly simplify complex customer queries and explain them in a way that is easy to understand
