Your Role

ZEISS Digital Partners, a unit within the ZEISS Group that supports teams in Medical Technology, Industrial Quality, Semiconductor Manufacturing, and other exciting fields in advancing their digitization, are looking for a Responsible AI Consultant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of the company’s AI governance and actively contribute to the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS. You will be responsible for actively shaping a company-wide AI governance framework in close collaboration with internal stakeholders from the business and a wide range of business support functions as well as external stakeholders like technology partners, governmental bodies, and industry organizations.

Your Profile

Bachelor or Master degree in law, ethics, computer science, philosophy, or related field
5+ years of experience in AI compliance, AI ethics, AI development, or related field
Experience in creating policies and guidelines and solid understanding of the relevant regulatory landscape
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their potential impact on society
Strong business acumen, understanding various aspects of data-driven business needs
Pro-active and hands-on approach to challenges and getting things done mindset
Experienced in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English and willing to learn German
