Would you like to actively participate as a project manager in the implementation of projects and revisions within RWE Generation SE? Then become part of our #TEAMRWE and ensure the achievement of project goals with your commitment.
As part of an international team, you will be involved in all phases of the project life cycle, including planning, preparation, delivery and completion. You will work with the entire project team and ensure that the team of staff and contractors is able to achieve the project objectives. Similarly, you will be responsible for providing the planning expertise required during the preparation and delivery phases of a project and act as project manager or work package manager for a variety of projects, working as part of a review team as required.
- Independently manage and coordinate projects
- Establish a strong safety culture throughout the project lifecycle as well as health, safety, environmental and wellbeing management
- Cost tracking and optimisation as well as risk and change management
- Resource coordination and planning, stakeholder management
- Leading and participating in project meetings
- Contract / work package management
Your powerful skills
- Successfully completed engineering studies in a relevant field or comparable training or relevant professional experience
- Expert with detailed knowledge of the technical aspects of facilities
- Experience in dealing with technical issues and project management
- Ability to think in a complex manner, including analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to work successfully in a team, strong communication and organisational skills and confident behaviour at all levels
- Willingness to travel to different locations
- Enthusiasm, assertiveness and decisiveness
- Intercultural understanding and high sensitivity
- Fluent knowledge of German and English
