Recruiting & Culture Intern in Homeoffice bei Stealth Startup Berlin

As our Recruiting & Culture Intern, you will have the chance to join our company just after moving into new international markets and growing our business significantly. Together with our Founders and the product team, you’ll plan the product roadmap and have a long term impact on the company’s strategy and development.

You will have an impact on:

• You’re supporting our recruiting activities by screening candidate profiles, sourcing potential profiles, interview scheduling & and potentially the independent execution of first interviews

• Develop and implement strategies and projects to build an inclusive hybrid workplace culture

• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute engaging team-building events and activities as our company offsite in summer

• Support other HR initiatives as needed

What you will add:

• Strong interest in HR and recruiting topics, and/or culture development

• You are currently enrolled in a university degree (HR, Business, Social Sciences etc.) or just about to finish your studies

• You’re a people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• You’re hands-on, ready for a challenge & you want to make a difference

• Fluent in English; German language skills are a big plus
