International Field Technician Refrigeration (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about international travel, have a knack for technology, and value direct interaction with clients? Then ENGIE Refrigeration is the perfect fit for you: You will manage service orders for our international clients.

Your place of residence is secondary, and the cities mentioned are merely examples—what matters is having a good connection to an airport nearby. At present, the focus is primarily on European countries as well as the Middle East.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will independently handle customer assignments and complaints.
• You will maintain and repair refrigeration systems, cooling units, and cooling towers. Commissioning new machines will also be part of your responsibilities.
• You will check system parameters and processes on-site and resolve any malfunctions or issues.
• You will document maintenance work and carry out your assignments on time and in a goal-oriented manner.
• You will provide advice and implement modernizations for systems.

Your Profile:

• You enjoy working independently, appreciate daily contact with customers, and can respond well to their needs.
• You are hands-on and have successfully completed your training as a mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology. We also welcome refrigeration system builders and comparable qualifications.
• You have some initial professional experience in industrial refrigeration. However, we are also happy to consider entry-level candidates with a self-reliant work ethic.
• You are open to our international business and the associated travel.
• You speak fluent English to communicate on-site. Additional languages are an advantage but not a requirement.
