Our team in Essen currently has an opening for a Working Student (m/f/d) Data Excellence BES
- Performance of GPH related tasks during Global Product creation workflow or stand alone for maintenance, change or enrichment in SAP MDG
- Validate, change and enrich GPH information in the Global Product master data creation / change requests
- Assurance of GPH data quality /accuracy if a requested allocation is in line with central governance/guidelines in place
- Check GPH allocation per Global Product and if the data entered by requestor is consistent and according to guidelines and Product Portfolio Steering (PPS) decision tree available
- Escalate GPH creation/change requests to nominated PM decision owners or if required to global GPH Information Owner in case of issues or queries
- Bachelor/master students in business administration, chemistry
- Basic chemical and industry specific knowledge
- High interest in master data creation and change processes within an operational framework
- Sound understanding of product master data structure and usage with business processes / reporting requirements – on group level
- Good understanding of the product creation processes and their impact on regional/local business processes (ideally)
- Analytical skills and ability to perform root-cause analysis in case of issues
