Junior Value/Workstation Sales Specialist (f/m/d) in Böblingen bei Hewlett Packard
We are looking for a Junior Value/Workstation Sales Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team in Germany!
Your Responsibilities:
You are responsible for creating and driving the sales pipeline for workstations.
Stay updated on competitors in workstations market to strategically position HP's products and services better.
Utilize workstation expertise to identify new opportunities and enhance existing ones, thereby building and advancing the sales pipeline.
Support account managers and contribute insights for business development and solution expertise.
Set quota objectives and define future directions for designated product categories.
Establish professional and consultative relationships with the client up to and including C-level for mid-to-large accounts, understanding their unique business needs within their industry.
Collaborate with and leverage external partners to optimize sales delivery.
Focus on expanding contractual renewals for mid-to-large accounts with more complexity, to higher total contract-value renewals.
What We Expect:
University or Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
2-4 years of advanced sales experience, ideally in workstation environment/market.
Proven track record in achieving higher quotas, managing diverse business customers and having higher level customer interface.
Expertise in products, solutions or service offerings as well as competitor offerings to effectively sell large solutions.
Understanding of industry and market segment relevant to key accounts, integrating this knowledge into consultative sales approaches.
Familiarity with program/project management techniques to plan, cost, resource, track and ensure pursuits effectively.
Account planning and accurate account revenue forecasting abilities.
Ability to cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships to drive account retention and growth, positioning HP as the preferred vendor.
Fluency in German and English.
Flexibility for travel within Germany.
