Your tasks
- You follow current hydrogen market developments and develop communication to position H-TEC as a key player within the green hydrogen industry
- You develop the communication strategy and implement it into corporate communications, marketing communication, and internal communication
- You develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and pitch stories to generate positive press coverage
- You create and maintain an editorial plan and actively work with team members and other departments on content production
- You research and create briefings for press interviews, draft and publish press releases and coordinate media, including fielding media inquiries
- You manage our communication channels and social media presences, and you develop platform-specific strategies
- You report on internal news, in coordination with the various departments, and support the shaping of a transparent and positive working atmosphere via communication over our intranet
- You regularly monitor the development of the channels based on the relevant KPIs and create insightful analyses and reports as well as recommendations for action
Your profile
- You have a degree in marketing or communication, or other relevant areas
- You have a minimum of 3 y e ars of professional communication experience in a B2B context
- Your working style is characterized by independence, reliability, and a high level of initiative
- You have an eye for detail, quality, and strategic thinking
- You are an organizational and coordination talent and you have an analytical mindset
- You have excellent English language skills , spoken and written, as well as fluent German skills
- You are experienced with Microsoft Office tools and Sharepoint
- Ideally, you have experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Typo 3 CMS Systems or similar
- You are open for occasional business travel
