What You Will Be Doing

Planning of process plants in development-related processing projects

Optimization of process stages by drawing up technical comparisons and examining variants

Support of set-up and plant planning in coordination with the design department

Further development of the software-supported calculation and engineering environment and its permanent use for development projects

Preparation, review and approval of engineering documents and process-related documentation such as process flow diagrams, also for obtaining approvals

Participation in safety meetings

Establishment of cross-project standards

Establishment of a professional network within the company and externally

What You Bring To The Job

Successfully completed studies in the field of process engineering, chemical engineering, energy engineering or equivalent qualification

Several years of relevant professional experience in the planning of process plants, ideally in the chemical or related industry

Practical knowledge in the use of common engineering planning software

Knowledge in the area of approval and planning relevant regulations, ideally in a maritime environment

Experience in and enjoyment of goal-oriented decision-making and independent driving of challenging topics

Very good organizational skills combined with the ability to work in a team
