As a Werkstudent in our HR Central team, you will partner with our global specialists and deliver HR support to our Optimizely team in Berlin. This is a great opportunity to learn and to be involved in the ins and outs of human resources. This is a part-time position (15-20 hours per week) that will allow you to gain practical work experience while you study. You'll need to work in the office, but the working hours can be flexible.

Job Responsibilities

You will provide support in day-to-day operations, e.g. with support requests, handling correspondence, preparing evaluations and presentations.
You will be involved in the preparation of contracts and references as well as in individual personnel measures.
You support exciting topics such as benefits, onboarding of new employees, company health management or the planning and implementation of events.
You research current HR topics and trends.
You contribute your ideas to various HR projects and actively help with their implementation.

Knowledge and Experience

You are enrolled at a university (business administration, economics, social sciences or similar).
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the HR field and/or are enthusiastic about HR topics.
You drive topics forward independently and communicate independently with various interfaces.
You are quick on the uptake and work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner.
You have very good MS Office skills.
Teamwork, strong communication skills, and commitment round off your profile.
Fluent in German and minimum English proficiency level B2.
