Amazon Xtra Large (AMXL) owns end to end customer experience for large, heavy and bulky (HB) products fulfillment, transportation and last mile delivery. EU AMXL Operations Integration team provide standardization and improvement support to HB operation with physical and virtual process ownership. This role is an opportunity to jump on board a fast-growing and agile business laser-focused on delivering excellent customer experiences in the complex HB space.
Europe Amazon Extra Large Operations Integration FC Team(EU AMXL OI FC) is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to work in Project Management Officer role, to identify, scope and lead project management and change management programs for the AMXL FCs. The EU AMXL FC PMO will design and execute the E2E PMO and Change Mng. programs for all XLFC network, support project owners during the project lifecycle, do necessary reporting and program improvements.
The individual will be responsible for scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating across organizations, driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes.
We are looking for passionate hands-on leaders with a previous experience in project management and change management field within a transport, storage or similar international fast paced customer driven environment.
The role will be based in one of our EU AMXL FC locations in Germany, Spain, Italy or the UK. There is a requirement for EU-UK wide travel in this role.

- Owning and developing the project management and change management program
- Leading OP1/OP2 processes for XLFC network and support WW AMXL PMO
- Processing Change Request Intake and planning requests in Sprint Cycles
- Support project owners throughout their project lifetime in terms of project management, approvals, phases.
- Communicating with project owners and engaging with various stakeholder teams, ensuring positive and effective collaboration between teams
- End-to-end coordination of change development and implementation by aligning content and deployment readiness
- Driving projects to improve, expand and standardize the change management system at EU AMXL FM scale
- Analyzing and interpreting metrics to identify areas for improvement for the PM/CM programs
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement
- Drive leverage of end to end process excellence
- Maintain strong relationships and continues collaboration with WW partners such as EU CF, NA AMXL, EU AMXL teams
