EPISODE HEAD OFFICE – ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in Deutschland

Parttime (32/40 hrs – 4/5 days)

Episode is the market leader in second-hand clothing with 15 stores across 6 countries and we are still growing: This year we will open 2 more stores.

The versatility of this position makes the administrative assistant a real spider in the administrative web. You can be deployed for various tasks spread across different departments as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Operational Manager in managing the front and back office
• Administrative tasks such as filing documents and creating overviews
• Answering phones, e-mails and other correspondence
• Receiving visitors and processing mail and goods
• Entering and processing contract documents, offers, and invoices
• Archiving administrative documents and data
• Assisting colleagues in finding and accessing documents

MUST HAVES

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a administrative environment
• Organized, responsible, analytical and like to think along with others
• You are stress resistant
• You are good at monitoring deadlines and making sure everything is organized on time
• God knowledge of Outlook and the MS-Office package
• You make connections easily and can cope with pressure
• Problem solver and somebody who loves to get things done
• Can speak and write fluently English (hard demand)
• Living near Hem, North Holland
