A Snapshot of Your Day
You will lead the Integration team in Application Platforms Functions and have to define how we technically integrate applications and data from an E2E perspective as well as how to transfer data to our customers and suppliers. Within this role, you will create, align, and implement the Digital service landscape over the complete lifecycle, from planning through implementation and operations until shutdown. You will shape the Digital budget with the goal to create excellent business value through Digital.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Responsible to drive the strategic direction of the Value Center Integration, a Value Center with more than 5' Euro Operations Budget and more than 1' Euro Project Budget
- Manage a team of more than 35 internal digital experts (including 2 managers) in Integration in 5 core countries (Germany, USA, India, Mexico, Romania) and a strong external workforce with services like EDI, FUSION, strategic platform suppliers like SnapLogic, Kong and Collibra as well as strategic partners
- Set the strategic direction (Digital Strategy, Digital Architecture, Digital Roadmap) in the business capabilities of Integration (Applications & Data) along with key stakeholders
- Strongly align with all key collaborators in Digital (Hub Digital, Business Digital, Digital Application Teams) and ensure that your Portfolio of Projects is accurately prioritized and provides insights into its Business Value, is in sync with Digital Strategic Direction and executed according to Budget, Quality and Time
- Develop a balanced Strategic Workforce Planning for your Value Center for your internal as well as your external workforce and build positive relationships with your key suppliers, always acting within the overall Digital Supplier Framework
- Make sure to leverage standards for Digital internal processes and tools, like ServiceNow Craft the Communication & Change Management approach for your Value Center with specific focus on your User Community as well as your own employees
- Set-up best practice sharing with other industry leading companies for Integration relevant topics to gain outside-in perspectives and ignite impactful changes to your area of responsibility
What You Bring
- Successfully completed University studies or a comparable education
- Professional experience (at least 3 years) as a Line Manager, ideally already as a Leader of Managers as well as longstanding professional experience and significant knowledge in Digital core applications respective integration platforms
- Specific experiences in major core domains of Digital like: Digital Strategy & Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Change Management, Data Analytics, Financial Management
- Modern and innovative digital problem solver with a strong bias towards transformation as well as a valued sparring partner for our key stakeholder as well as keen to derive and align new Digital strategic directions in above business capabilities
- Excellent and inspiring networker with a proven track record of optimally guiding intercultural teams towards joint standards and decisions and taking business stakeholder along with you on this journey
- Being part of a bigger team within Digital and SE overall and live the SE Values and Leadership Essentials
- Fluent in English, German language is an additional asset
- Strong strategic, entrepreneurial, and analytical skills as well as a strong ability to implement
