Your challenges?

• You will support and implement communication measures and campaigns

• You will support in the preparation of internal audits

• You will review and adjust HR processes

• You will support and take on tasks in the field of health management.

• You will taking over administrative tasks within the HR department

• You will coordinate and takeover of the application process for production employees

Let’s talk about you…

• You are graduated from a business administration degree or equivalent

• You ideally already have experience in HR

• You have a fluent level of English

• Knowledge of German is a plus !

• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
