BIOTRONIK is hiring a Project Manager (m/w/d) to manage and support on organizational and efficiency projects in the sales and non-sales areas. The Project Manager(s) works in close collaboration with the CEO's Chief of Staff.
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting the Group Executive Board in the implementation of the company strategy in the context of company-wide initiatives and transformation projects
- Implementation and evaluation of analyses, development of concepts and presentations
- Preparation of decision templates on strategic topics for the management
- Evaluation of measures based on ROI
- Creation of high-quality top management presentations and reports, in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Advising management on functional strategies and projects, in close coordination with the Chief of Staff
- Support in the management of the central BIOTRONIK optimization portfolio (sales and costs) along the entire value chain
- Leadership of cross-functional teams and indirect consulting, management and coaching of the stakeholders involved
- Further development and implementation of innovative methods and processes for project management
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of business, economics or natural sciences or a comparable qualification
- Many years of experience in the field of project and change management in a Consultancy
- Extensive knowledge in the creation of analyses and presentations, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams
- Communication security at all levels, as well as the strong ability to manage complexity, dynamic workflows, and large-scale programs
- Strong background in managing efficiency projects and driving forward organizational change
- Extensive experience in developing business strategies and bringing them to life
- Several years of experience in leading teams
- High degree of abstraction as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills to identify business needs and derive suitable solutions
- Knowledge of common workshop formats and methods such as stakeholder and process analysis, design thinking, Scrum or similar desirable
- Very good knowledge of German and English
